Landi kotal karhai keema


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg (kuta hua)
  • Onion 1 large sliced
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
  • Tomatoes 4 chopped
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Ginger julians 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Heat oil fry onion light golden add mince with ginger garlic paste, salt and chopped tomatoes, cover pan and cook till mince half done and tomatoes till tender, add in crushed red peppe, cumin, allspice and ¼ cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, lastly add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger slices, leave it on dum.
