Basin Kay Laddu


Ingredients:
  • Gram Flour 250 grams
  • Flour 250 grams
  • Clarified Butter 200 grams
  • Icing Sugar or Karara 800 grams
  • Melon seeds 100 grams
  • Pistachios/ Almonds 50 grams
  • Lemon color and Orange color ½ tsp
  • Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Method:
  • Sauté the gram flour and flour till the color changes to a golden brown.Add lemon color,orange color and cardamom powder and mix well.Now spread it in a tray , level the surface and allow to coolAdd the icing sugar or karara and mix it with your hands.In the end sprinkle the melon seeds, almonds and pistachios .Shape into laddus and serve.
