Ingredients
- Prawns 1/2kg
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 2tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp
- Ginger 1 piece
- Coconut powder 1 cup
- Oil 1tbsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
- Spring onions 1
- Finely chopped capsicum ½
- Finely chopped carrots 1 piece
- Salt as required
- Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
Method;-
- Wash 1/2kg prawns and chop them in a food processor together with 1 spring onion,1tbsp oil, 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg,2tbsp corn flour, salt as required and 1/4tsp black pepper powder.Add ½ chopped capsicum, 1 piece of ginger,1 piece chopped carrot and 2-3 chopped green chilies to the prawn mixture and mix wellSpread the coconut powder on a plate.Shape the prawn mixture into medium sized dumplings and dredge in the coconut powderDeep fry the prawn balls until golden brown.Serve with ketchup or your favorite dip.
