Zinger Style Burger


Ingredients
  • Burger bun 4
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Egg 2
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Rice ka aata ½ cup
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Iceberg 1 flower
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
Method
  • Cut each chicken breast into two slices. Marinate with salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp raw papaya paste.In a bowl beat together 2 eggs and 3 tbsp flour.In a bowl mix together ½ cup flour, ½ cup corn flour and ½ cup Rice flour.
  • Dip marinated chicken breast into egg mixture. Coat well with flour mixture and deep fry till crispy golden brown.Cut burger bun into halves, spreads sides with a little mayonnaise.Toast well. Now put an iceberg leaf on top.
  • Now put fried chicken on top. Put another iceberg leaf. Spread a little mayonnaise.Cover with the other half. Toast well and serve.
